MJ666 Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and MJ666 ("the Platform") regarding your use of MJ666's gaming services, including but not limited to Casino, Live Casino, Sports Betting, Bingo, VIP programme, promotions and any associated applications or tools made available by MJ666.

By completing the registration process on MJ666 and confirming that you have read and accepted these Terms, you enter into a binding agreement. These Terms apply to every session you conduct on MJ666, every deposit you make, every bet you place and every withdrawal you request. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your agreement with MJ666.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To open and use a MJ666 account you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. MJ666 does not permit anyone under 18 to register or play under any circumstances.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not currently hold another active MJ666 account, whether in your own name or under any alias.
• You are registering and playing of your own free will and not under duress or financial pressure from any other person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or associate of MJ666 or any of its affiliated game providers.

MJ666 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and to notify MJ666 promptly if any of your account details change. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

3. Account Rules

Each player may hold only one active account on MJ666. Holding multiple accounts — including accounts created by a spouse, sibling or other household member for the purpose of earning additional bonuses — is strictly prohibited. MJ666 uses technical and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts and will close all accounts found to be in violation of this rule, with balances managed at MJ666's discretion.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. This includes:

• Choosing a strong, unique password and changing it regularly.
• Never sharing your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Logging out fully from shared devices after each session.
• Notifying MJ666 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

MJ666 will not be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the breach arose from your failure to keep your credentials secure. MJ666 staff will never ask for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. MJ666 will attempt to contact you before taking any action on an inactive account.

4. Deposits

All deposits on MJ666 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). MJ666 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards and supported mobile wallets. The available payment methods displayed in your account at the time of deposit are the currently active options and may vary over time.

Deposits are generally credited to your MJ666 account balance within a few minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from your payment provider. Delays caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside MJ666's control. If a deposit has not appeared in your balance after a reasonable period, contact MJ666 support with your transaction reference.

• Only deposit funds that belong to you and originate from payment methods registered in your own name.
• MJ666 does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods not belonging to the account holder.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• MJ666 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

MJ666 reserves the right to conduct enhanced checks on deposit sources in line with our commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention. Deposits that cannot be verified may be held pending review.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your MJ666 balance are processed in PKR. MJ666 aims to process standard withdrawal requests during normal operating hours within the timeframe communicated at the point of request. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa typically complete within a short period for accounts in good standing with no pending verification requirements.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will normally be returned to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• You must have completed any applicable identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be satisfied before a withdrawal from a bonus-affected balance can be approved.
• MJ666 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of routine account review.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name will not be processed.

There is no hidden currency conversion applied to withdrawals. The PKR amount shown in your MJ666 balance is the amount you receive, minus any applicable fees from your payment provider, which are outside MJ666's control.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

MJ666 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published with each promotion on the MJ666 Promotions page. The general conditions below apply to all MJ666 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must bet before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated with each bonus offer.
• Validity period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; Live Casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate. Game contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly allows stacking.
• Abuse: MJ666 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns or any other strategy designed to circumvent bonus conditions.

7. Gameplay Rules

All casino games on MJ666 — including slots, live casino, table games, jackpots and bingo — are provided by third-party game providers and operate under those providers' own certified rules and RNG systems. MJ666 acts as the platform through which you access these games and is not responsible for the individual rules, probabilities or outcomes of any specific game beyond what is displayed to you within the game interface.

• In the event of a game disconnection or technical failure during a round, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's standard technical resolution policy. MJ666 will work with the provider to establish the correct outcome.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled after the game round has commenced.
• Any malfunction of a game or the platform voids all related bets and pays. If a game displays an incorrect balance or payout due to a technical error, MJ666 reserves the right to correct the balance once the error is identified.
• Using automated software, bots or any external tool to interact with games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

Game results are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the game server. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with MJ666 support within 30 days of the session in question. Supporting evidence such as screenshots and session timestamps will assist in resolving disputes more quickly.

8. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on MJ666 covers Cricket — including PSL, T20 Internationals and domestic tournaments — as well as Football, Esports and other available sports markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on MJ666:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the MJ666 sportsbook system. Bets showing as "pending" are not yet confirmed.
• Odds changes: Odds can change between the time you request a bet and the time it is confirmed. MJ666 may accept bets at the original odds, at new odds or decline the bet depending on the odds movement policy displayed at the time of placement.
• Event cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled before it commences, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If an event starts but is abandoned before the minimum playing time required for settlement, bets are voided unless the result is already determined.
• In-play betting: Live/in-play bets on Cricket and other markets are subject to a brief delay. Bets placed after an in-play event has already occurred but before the platform has updated will be voided.
• Maximum payout: Sports bets are subject to a maximum payout per bet and per day. Maximum payout limits are displayed in the betting section and may vary by sport and market.
• Suspicious activity: MJ666 reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where suspicious betting patterns, match fixing involvement or syndicate betting activity is suspected.

For Cricket markets in particular — PSL matches, bilateral T20 series, ICC tournaments — official match results as declared by the relevant cricket board are used for settlement. In cases of ongoing official review or player actions affecting a result, settlement may be delayed until the official result is confirmed.

9. Responsible Gaming

MJ666 takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming on this platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and over and is intended as entertainment. It is not a reliable way to make money and should never be treated as one. If at any point gaming stops being enjoyable, we strongly encourage you to use the tools available in your MJ666 account.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps directly in your account settings before you start a session.
• Session reminders: Enable time alerts so you are aware of how long each gaming session has been running.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a break from the platform for a defined period without permanently closing your account.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on MJ666 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Opening more than one account or assisting others in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised or third-party payment methods to make deposits.
• Using automated scripts, bots or software to interact with any part of the MJ666 platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets.
• Money laundering or using MJ666 as a vehicle to process funds of illegal origin.
• Any conduct intended to defraud MJ666, its game providers or other players.
• Harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour towards MJ666 staff or other players.

MJ666 cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into suspected fraudulent or criminal activity on the platform. Accounts involved in such activity will be suspended pending investigation, and relevant information may be shared with appropriate authorities where required by law.

11. Account Termination

You may close your MJ666 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance — net of any pending bonus wagering requirements — will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

MJ666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or illegal activity.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from legal or regulatory authorities.

Where an account is closed by MJ666 due to a Terms violation, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Deposits of verified, uncontested funds will be returned per MJ666's standard withdrawal process following completion of any required review.

12. Limitation of Liability

MJ666 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and cannot be held liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connection issues or third-party service failures outside our control.

MJ666's total liability to any individual player — in respect of any single event or series of related events — is limited to the value of the deposit made in connection with that event. MJ666 is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.

Game outcomes are governed by certified RNG systems provided by independent game developers. MJ666 does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for the inherent house edge built into any game — which is a standard feature of all casino products globally and is disclosed within individual game information panels.

13. Changes to These Terms

MJ666 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, MJ666 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players — through in-platform notifications, email or prominent notice on the MJ666 website — prior to the changes taking effect.

The date shown at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the MJ666 platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material change to the Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
